Controlling Your Personal Information

Return and Replacement Policy

We comply with all requirements under Australian Consumer Law.

You can return items that you have purchased from our website back to us to receive a replacement at no charge provided the following requirements are met:

1. Faulty or damaged stock, or incorrect items received through the fault of us;

2. Faulty or damaged stock refers to the damaged or faulty item only. During shipment, packages can sometimes become slightly damaged, however, this has no effect on the product contained within;

3. If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, lodge a request by email for return within 14 days of receipt;

4. Return the faulty or damaged item by post within 30 days of receipt;

5. If the product becomes faulty with a 3 month period from date of purchase, lodge a request by email immediately;

6. Returned items must be in the original packaging along with a valid proof of purchase;

7. A replacement will be dispatched as soon as the faulty or damaged item is returned and has been received by us;

8. If a replacement product is not available, you will be contacted with the option of a refund and only in the case of the product not being available.

Due to health and hygiene issues, we do not offer a refund, exchange or replacement if:

1. A non-electrical/motorised products has been used by a customer;

2. You received what you asked for and simply changed your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it;

3. You changed your mind about the colour/style/size of the product;

4. You plan to on-sell or change so you can resupply as a business.

How and where do I return the items to you?

You can return your items to us and receive a replacement by post. Please contact us for stock availability first.

Discreet Packaging and Invoicing

At Lucy Patarcic t/as Lucid Mind we endeavour to deliver your purchases promptly and discreetly. Products are wrapped where applicable, protected by bubble wrap, bent cardboard and packed in plain, unmarked boxes or plain white or Australia Post satchels.

There will be a return address on the parcel, however, you can be rest assured the parcel will have absolutely no exterior information to connect it to our site.

In the interests of the environment, we will use recycled packaging materials where possible to lighten our footprint on the environment.

Postage charges do not include packaging and handling (you are not charged for these items).

Your credit card/bank statement will be processed using Lucid Mind and there is no reference to any products you have purchased.

What are the delivery costs and options?

Australia Post will deliver your parcel. All parcels will be packed in plain boxes or satchels so nobody will know what is inside.

Standard shipping Australia Wide is $12.95.

Shipping is free for orders over $150.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we only ship to all States and Territories Australia wide including remote areas.

How long will it take to get my parcel?

Once your order is received, the items will be picked, packed and posted with a 24-hour period.

Parcel Post takes approximately 2-4 working days to deliver to 95% of the country. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery. For more remote areas, please allow a few extra days.

What if I am out when my parcel arrives?

If you are out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel or will take it to the nearest Post Office. A delivery notification card will be left for you at your front door or post box with information of how you can collect your parcel.

Orders will be held at your nearest Post Office for 10 working days before being returned to us.

It's been 5 days and I still haven’t received my order, what do I do?

If your parcel is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us here.
